FIVE STEPS
While it is probable that these FIVE STEPS can be accomplished in 90 days, each project moves at a pace based on the time and commitment of the agency, so there is no guarantee that all FIVE STEPS can be completed during this time.
After 90 days, the agency may wish to extend the Contract on a month-by-month basis at the same rate based on an extension agreement.
JUMPSTART has been designed by the Consultant to follow the best practices in the field, and will include guidance materials at each step. The PROCESS of completing these FIVE STEPS together will determine whether the agency will succeed after the Consultant leaves and the agency is on its own.
